Joyce has worked with us to purchase two homes and to sell one. It is an emotional experIence and she is a very calming presence and very knowledgeable. She always presented our options in a calm way, and took her lead from us. She didn’t pressure us in any way, and she offered expert advise. One example: she suggested that we get an inspection before putting the house on the market . That enabled us to put forth the best possible product for sale, and we had multiple offers quickly. Likewise, when we purchased homes she helped us to position ourselves as desirable purchasers. We heartily recommend Joyce to anyone buying or selling a home.c

I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Joyce Kendall who sold me my home in Lewes in 2022. Joyce is very easy to work with, she is well organized, hard working and communicates clearly. I was buying my home as a single woman and felt that Joyce protected my interests every step of the way.
