Joyce is a very good realtor who explains everything in detail and went over all documents with me throughly before I signed anything. Joyce helped me buy my house as a first time Va loan buyer. Smoothest process ever, very knowledgeable about the Va loan process 10/10 super grateful. I called different realtors in this area and all of them made me feel like shit and belittled me and what I was looking for even though it was just a click of the button. Then I saw a house I’d like and Joyce was the realtor list this property, she made me feel heard and understood my situation. Well, what can we say. Joyce is an extraordinary women! She gives new meaning to boots on the ground. My wife and I looked at several houses. We were very impressed how Joyce would walk every inch of the property with us. She didn't think twice about doing so. Alot of the houses we looked at had one acre lots. We explored the entire parcel with Joyce taking lead many times. She is extremely hard working and pays attention to detail. We never felt any pressure from Joyce throughout our journey. She was always available to answer our questions, whether it was day or night. We highly recommend Joyce. As a matter of fact, my wife and I would recommend Joyce to our own families. I found a home under construction that I liked that had Joyce Thompson as listing realtor for the builder. I called her and she answered immediately. She took me to the several locations of that particular model I was interested in. We looked at that model under construction and completed ones. Every question that I had for her about the construction and the purchasing of the home was answered promptly and let me emphasize promptly. I can honestly say I don't believe I ever had to leave a message for her via voicemail. I also never had to wait longer than a few minutes for a return reply of a text sent to her. She also went the extra mile to get special request I had from the builder that I wanted for upgrades. Just to describe what kind of person she is at closing she gave me gifts for my new home one of them was a mailbox that I was going to pick up right after closing. It is rare that you will find people like Joyce who go the extra mile. I should add that she was the selling agent for the contractor, but she treated me as my personal buyers agent. I will say if you're looking for a new or used home I hope you find a realtor as good as Joyce Thompson.

If you are buying or selling a home near Ocala, you need to use Joyce Thompson from Ocala Homes and Farms as your realtor. She was my realtor and I can only describe her service as the best service I have ever seen from a realtor. I actually bought and sold the same home with Joyce representing me. She always answers her phone and is super organized. She attended every showing, inspection and appraisal. Joyce was spot with her advice on pricing and truly made the buying and selling process a wonderful experience.

We were sitting in the driveway of that listing and impressively, she dropped everything she was doing and met us within 20 minutes. From the moment we connected with Joyce we created a bond that goes beyond agent and buyer. We layed out our plans & details of what we were looking for with her. Coming from another state, she made it easy to be able to coordinate and plan viewings when we were in town. She was very helpful in the looking process by sending emails of potential properties. Working with Joyce was such an easy and inviting experience for me, my fiance and his mom. She was always willing to meet us no matter the time of day or evening. Due to our work schedules it was pretty hectic but she worked with us. She kept in mind what we were looking for and things that we liked about each property that we looked at. She was determined to help us find out forever home and after a couple of weeks of searching she was able to do just that.
