I enjoy living in the Valley of the Sun and I love assisting my clients find the perfect spot for their year round/seasonal or investment reasons. I grew up in the mid-west and have happily lived in the south, northeast and settled into Boulder, CO for almost 20 years (a record!). Children matured and left the nest--my husband and I looked for a warmer snow-less spot to "retire" and found the perfect spot--in Scottsdale 16 years ago.
