Before entering real estate, I built a corporate career in Silicon Valley, starting as an engineer and later serving in leadership roles across technology-driven industries. That background shaped my approach to problem-solving, process design, financial analysis, and operational execution.
As a real estate broker and entrepreneur, I founded my own property management business and joined PMI, a national franchise leader in property management. Through PMI San Francisco and PMI East Bay, we serve property owners across San Francisco and the East Bay with a focus on transparency, efficiency, risk management, and long-term asset performance.
My core expertise is managing complex rental properties, especially mixed-use buildings where commercial and residential tenants operate under the same roof. These properties require more than basic rent collection. They require clear communication, disciplined tenant management, vendor coordination, legal awareness, and practical experience navigating extensive tenant protection laws in San Francisco and the East Bay.
