Juan has a long history of professionalism and helping others succeed. He graduated from Bentley College in Boston and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Marketing and Management. Right after his graduation, he decided to move to Miami where he began his real estate career.

Juan’s biggest motivation to start in the real estate industry was watching his father make a difference in his clients’ professional and personal lives for many years. Seeing his father’s dedication and success, Juan decided real estate and financial Management was his calling, and he has been answering it ever since. He has been active in the real estate market for over 17 years specializing in Dade and Broward County (Miami Beach, South of Fifth, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Midtown neighborhood), earning the distinction of “Top Producer” in general real estate on many occasions.

In Juan’s demanding dual roles as a director at Fluent Build and an associate to Colfax Realty International, he and his team have been implementing a 4 step process in which information is gathered on client needs and expectations. The team then works on a customized solution to address each client’s specific situations and needs.

Having lived in Miami for the past 22 years and working for a couple of the leading real estate companies of South Florida, he offers each client a wealth of resources and options. Juan believes that establishing a trusting and professional relationship serves to ensure that clients find the home or investment of their dreams.

Throughout all these years, Juan has also established an international sale and marketing operation in Latin America, US, Middle East, U.K and Asia, selling over $500,000,000.00 in the last 10 years, coordinating exposition and events throughout all these countries. He developed different sales strategies specifically for promoting residential, industrial, and commercial properties by training staffs for the new product development and marketing planning.
