Our experience with the team Roa Starr was superb. We felt listened, understood and taken care of. Even when our own desperation was making us see every house that came to market, and that were clearly not the right fit, they took us there, accompanied us and never made us feel like it was pointless. They took our feedback, they respected our questions and seek answers from sellers on our behalf.
They went to the extent to show us many off market houses and were always on point.
When we close on a house They we're as excited as we were.

Juan was immeasurably helpful in our search for the perfect house. He was calm, responsive, knowledgeable, and very, very helpful. He was always on top of new houses hitting the market and would quickly send ones to us that he, correctly, thought we’d like. In fact the house we wound up buying, we put a bid in on the first day that it went up on the market! He was able to set up a walkthrough immediately and was able to facilitate a fast turn around on the bidding process. He also helped us find inspectors for the house, lawyers for the closing process, and mortgage brokers. Any question we had he was able to answer or point us in the right direction.

In short - Juan is the best!

Juan made purchasing a home such an easy process. He was extremely helpful and transparent the entire time. Juan kept us informed with all appointments and always let us know when there were new houses on the market that we may be interested in. He really cared about us and understood our wants/ needs in a home. We never felt any sort of pressure and Juan was extremely patient with us, fully answering our millions of questions. With his background in architecture, he helped us envision the possibilities in homes and gave us great advice for prospective projects/ renovations we brought up when touring homes. Juan is the best. He helped me look for 2 yrs to find a house. Never got frustrated. He was always kind and respectful and answered all of my questions. I finally found my dream home through Juan and couldn’t have asked for more from him! He was also extremely knowledgeable about the closing process and the inspection process. He led us through the whole thing and made sure the seller didn’t take advantage of us.
