I’ve been working with Juan for a few months to find the perfect investment property and he’s been very knowledgeable and diligent. If you are looking for a realtor I highly recommend him. He puts your thoughts and needs first, he has a quick response time for every inquiry we’ve sent. He knows exactly what he’s talking about and most of all there’s no pressure with him. I’ve come across a lot of realtors who don’t have your best interest in mind and only look at you as a quick sale. That is the complete opposite of Juan. If you are looking for a person who cares Juan is the way to go.
