This was our first time buying a home and I was a little nervous at first but Juan very quickly put us at ease with his knowledge, kind demeanor and experience. In order to adequately review my relationship and experience working with Juan, I first need to explain the context of our search. My wife and I were first time home buyers in Seattle’s insane real estate market. The level of difficulty involved in buying our first home was compounded by historically low interest rates and extremely low inventory in mid-late winter 2021. Thousands of people (including ourselves) were leaving rental agreements in drones to buy and own their own space to work and live in during the pandemic. The level of effort and flexibility required for anyone at any income level looking to buy was/still is incredibly hard, with many buyers waiting months to years to buy a home, or not being able to buy at all due to the difficulty.

We reached out to Juan after seeing his many great reviews and learning about his reputation in Seattle. After some failed attempts to buy several homes with another broker and lender for ~2 months, we joined Juan after meeting with him and learning about his approach/style. Immediately, I recognized Juan’s talent at what he does, and his ability to listen to the needs of his clients. Specifically, he was very thoughtful and honest from day one. He spent many, many moments to explain all procedures and strategies to us without confusion since it was a concern to us as first-time buyers. Juan never pressured us into making rushed decisions and always included a background of inputs within his means to help us weigh the pros/cons at every step of the way. Plus, not being Seattle natives, we were reassured by his 20+ years in Seattle real estate and being a Seattleite most of his life - his genuine opinions about aspects of neighborhoods and homes was helpful to have at our side.

In a major sense, Juan’s leadership abilities helped us to work as a team which eventually turned into us finding a home in an incredible neighborhood that we are thoroughly excited about. And we did it within ~1 month of searching! The ability for us to do this was only possible with his coaching, and for that we are truly grateful to have found his services. Lastly, we plan to stay in touch with Juan regarding future questions of our home purchase. He genuinely wants to continue his help even after the home was purchased and his commission was made. This is a very important point in Juan’s personality – authenticity - that I would assume does not occur with every broker and something that resonates with me when making such of a huge life decision such as buying our first home.

Juan is the agent you want! He builds his business by being a great agent, person, and has a strong sense of integrity. He has "a guy" for anything you need. You need a roofer with 2 days notice the day before thanksgiving....he knows someone! Most importantly, his goal is to get you into the perfect house for us not him. After we saw one home and started bidding, a less than ideal situation occurred and he recommended we back out so we would not be put in a bad situation. He also knows his stuff. The price he suggested for the house we bought, the appraisal came in at that exact price. As an added bonus, he connected us with a mortgage broker He works with them often and was able to get me a killer rate. The synergy that Juan creates, makes the home buying process as pain free as possible.

He is now currently helping us sell our old home and has taken much of the unknowns out of the equation by personally overseeing the process.

My only regret is I'll not likely use his services again since I just bought my forever home! But if I do need an agent again, Juan will be my first and only choice. I will recommend him to my family and friends because I know they are in honest good hands.

I would highly recommend Juan Sanchez of Skyline Properties as a real
estate agent. We recently closed on a sale of a family condo unit in north
Seattle. This sale had many problems from the start because of an
assessment on the building for a re-clad. Neither the condo association or the management company would give a final figure for the unit's share of the assessment. Without the assessment figure the buyer's lender would not close on the deal. We had three different closing dates
before we finally closed. This was a 4 month ordeal but throughout the
time, Juan was always upbeat and supportive. He always made time for me when I called with questions. He often had to answer the same question over and over. He made me feel as though I was his only client. He is a very patient man. He gave good advice. He worked very hard trying to get the best deal and just trying to close the deal. I was quite often ready to just give up and re-rent the unit but then I would talk to Juan and he made me believe that the sale would go through. So if you want a professional who will work hard for you, Juan is the man. I can't
