Excellent work ethic’s, always on time, tell it as it is. Juana helped us find our first home, it is a crazy market right now but we managed to secure a very nice place. Juana has the heart of a teacher, always answering our stupid questions in details. This was the largest purchase I have made in my life, with the help of Juana we got a place where we will live and love for a very long time.

Juana goes above and beyond…
We started this review several times, but we’re truly speechless.
With little time and a tight budget, we contacted Juana after several of her clients highly recommended her.
She arrived to our first meeting with already a lot of research done regarding the home we were trying to sell. She asked the right questions, and was diligent to gather information regarding our options.
She presented us with different scenarios for the sale of our Townhouse: prices, times, and market chances. She was excellent at setting our expectations .She is realistic, and I think that’s one of her biggest strengths: that helped her and us to move in the right direction.
She ended up selling the Townhouse in a week, while other units in the community would take over a couple of weeks.
Then, the purchase of a new home. This might be the most stressful experience these days for anyone in the market: many buyers, little inventory. Here, we found Juana’s best quality as a professional and as a person: she is very emphatic. She connects with her clients, and even though she goes through offers rejections, bidding, and many of these situations, we can tell she knows that for them, it’s a very unique and extremely emotional situation.
Again, she’s been amazing at setting expectations. She’s great at communicating during the whole process, and follow up with all the parties intervening in the transaction.
There is another amazing thing with her and her team: she’s in every little detail. The same way she presented us with different scenarios for selling and buying, she works with her team monitoring different things to minimize delays and unwanted surprises.
As a result, we ended up closing a week earlier than expected (avoiding the Thanksgiving Holidays).
When we met her, we asked her to have a home by Thanksgiving (even though we knew it might be unrealistic). We celebrated that special day getting our new home.
Again, we have not enough words to recommend Juana.

I connected to Juana via word of mouth, and looking back I have been really happy with the decision. In need of relocation to Washington, as a non-local buyer I had a very small window of opportunity to visit the Seattle area and see as many homes as I could. Juana very graciously made room into her busy schedule (after all summer 2021 was a red-hot housing market), helped me open doors, and provided insightful advice into what to filter out in my search. Once it was time to place an offer, she connected me with an extremely efficient team of lending experts, and the transaction was closed so quickly that it went way beyond my expectations. After closing, she continued to provide assistance with minor post move-in issues and I can definitely say that as I’ll need a real estate agent in the future, I know I have to look no further. I just hope she’ll choose to continue to be in the business for many more years to come!

I can't speak more highly about Juana. If you are looking for buying or selling a house she IS the realtor you need. Juana is trustworthy, she has tons of experience and knowledge, and she is insanely well connect with contractors. This means that, she will get the best deal for YOU, help you uncover every strength and weakness of the house you are looking at, and after you buy a property, she will help you find the best contractors for repairs and improvements.

I generally don't trust realtors, I feel like their incentives are not aligned with yours. This is not true in Juana's case. As the smart business-person she is, she understand that her success comes from the satisfaction of her customers. For example, on the first house we were interested, I wanted to bid very high, and she did not let me, because the house was not worth it. You need someone to ground you like that in a crazy housing market.

Juana took the time to meet my family, and understand what was the life we wanted to have. She used that information as the main criteria to find us a home. She would visit houses with me at every time of the day and at any day of the week, without hesitation. She even gave me a ride in her car a couple of times, when I didn't have my car available [her car is very clean btw :)].

Finally, now that we bought a house, her support has not stopped. I know I can call her for any inquiry I have, and she helped me find the best contractors for some of the upgrades I want to build in our house.

Again, if you are looking to buy or sell a house HIRE JUANA, it's the best decision you will make.

Juana is an extremely dependable and competent realtor. As first time home buyers, we had little knowledge of the process, and Juana was always available to patiently discuss the various steps. I never had to think twice before calling her for any question I had.

She is very honest, and always had good insights for every house we toured. I learnt a lot from her and trusted her feedback and negotiation skills. She always kept us posted for every offer we made, and helped us find an amazing house. We did our due diligence for mortgage/insurance/etc, and the people recommended by her always gave us better quotes and services.

One thing I deeply value about her is how creative as a negotiator she is. She always comes up with "out of the box" solutions that no one else see, something that is -indeed- necessary in the existing real estate market. Juana is by far one of the most dedicated Real State agents I've ever known.
This time she called me to reminded me that interest rates were very low and I should take advantage of that (I agreed with her on this). Knowing me well, next day she introduced me to 2 mortgage brokers. Within a week, I had locked on a better interest rate and saving $850 a month.
She never forgets a customer and she's always looking the best things to happen to you.
