Juana has great resources at her disposal and an intimate knowledge of the south Florida area. We were newly relocated from out of state and she was recommended by a work colleague. We were very grateful for her honesty, integrity, and support during a very stressful process. She was quite helpful once we found our dream home to arrange for the help we would need after we moved in with a Designer, electrician, a/c, inspector, etc.
She’s very resourceful and makes things happen.

Juana has helped me both buy and sell properties. When I was purchasing a home as a first time buyer, Juana was instrumental in finding me a condo, which in South Florida is no easy feat as many places do not have enough reserves to satisfy a bank. Juana stuck with me through MANY showings and queries until she found a place I didn't even know about that had everything I wanted and the reserves I needed to get a mortgage. She also was invaluable in making sure I got the best price, as I am terrible at negotiating. I didn't have to worry as Juana took care of all the bargaining and made sure I got a substantial amount knocked off the asking price.

I set up Juana with quite the challenge when it came time to sell my condo to move up to Central Florida. I moved into my new home before selling my old one and needed to unload it as quickly as possible. Juana was there for the many showings and went to bat for me when my HOA dragged their feet on approving my buyer. She even had her people go to my condo when my HOA told me they need to maintenance to come in for a downstairs neighbor's leak, and I couldn't drive the 3 hours to get there.

Juana goes above and beyond what is required of a Real Estate agent, and I know I am in good hands with her.

Juana in one word: phenomenal. Her calm demeanor, quiet tenacity, depth of experience, strong sense of integrity, and dedication to her client are simply unmatched. From hunting down a flood insurance certificate to help us with annual savings on our insurance bill, to recommending and coordinating contractors, painters and vendors on our behalf (while we were still in NYC), she goes above and beyond in every facet of her business. I had a very detailed idea of the kind of investment property I was looking to buy, and Juana expertly, and patiently, assisted me with the extensive search and ultimate purchase of that property. She knows her stuff, knows the market, and diligently and quickly gets you the opportunity to bid on properties that meet your criteria- sometimes before they are even formally listed.

Given the fact that there are numerous choices in selecting a professional real estate agent, however you would be hard pressed to find someone of Juana's talent. If you are looking for a real estate agent to assist you in selling or buying a home, look no further than Juana. Her attention to her client's needs is unsurpassed while always having your best interest in place. She is a extremely dedicated professional and she will make you feel as though you are a part of her extended family. My husband and I were long distance owners of a second home in Florida. On a recent trip to Florida we decided to sell the property. Juana was highly recommended to us and we are so grateful to her! We met Juana on Thursday afternoon. After some “get it ready” work by my husband and son on Friday, Juana sent in the pro cleaning team. The home was listed on Sunday and while we were driving home on Tuesday we had an offer! This was wonderful but Juana’s job was just starting! Upon buyer’s inspection some alarming issues were revealed that we weren’t aware of!!! Juana was able to guide us through this very difficult negotiation while not spooking our buyer away. We were almost ready to close when a few days before closing the HOA said we needed to power wash the driveway before they would clear us to sell!! There was a hurricane coming! But Juana found someone to power wash pronto, going above and beyond her role as our agent. We closed via email from the comfort of our home 1800 miles away. The smoothest sale of a home ever, even though it could have been a disaster if we hadn’t worked with a consummate professional. We highly recommend Juana for all of you real estate needs.
