I remember my first conversation with Juanzena, or JJ, as she doesn't mind being referred to as. She was very engaging, sounded very competent, proved to be so, and made me feel very comfortable about any choice I made in a realtor. I did chose her.

I was very new to the home buying process and very ignorant, as well as afraid, but she held my hand offering reassurance, knowledge, guidance and support. I quickly came to trust her, and I was not disappointed. Though my deal fell through, due to lender incompetence, I was disappointed that she loss commission i believe she deserved for ALL of her hard work. She's a ride or die in this industry and I definitely recommend her. Without saying, my next home search will be done with her!!!

Where do I start with this review, let’s just say that buying a house is very stressful but when you have an exceptional realtor everything is all worth it. JJ is very professional, she’s a complete stress reliever. Things that I did think of during the home inspection she did. I live in another state so that was an added on stressor because I wasn’t in the same city but once again JJ was there to help with getting me connected with a property management company, because the home inspector arrived before my husband and I did she gave him access to the house, did I mention she also asked us what was important to to have fixed once we got the report and was able to have the seller fix nearly everything on the list before closing. This sale is very sentimental to me because my life is completely stressful, I’m a student for my Masters degree, a newlywed, a manager and a mom of 4 boys. This was also a sensitive stage in my life because my warrior of a mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. When I tell you JJ made this such a smooth transition she went above beyond realtor status, she became the counselor, a friend and the loan officer at times. My husband and I didn’t understand some of the final numbers on the paperwork JJ held a zoom meeting and went over everything line by line she even took the time to remind me when it was time to change the utilities over so we weren’t left in the dark. JJ also brought over toiletries to the new house made sure the house was warm and well lit because she new mom was traveling with me. Thanks so much for all your help JJ you were amazing!!!
