South Carolina born, though raised in Wilmington, NC, Judd first became familiar with New Bern while enlisted in the Marine Corps and stationed at MCAS Cherry Point. After serving as a KC-130 Flight Mechanic for 5 1/2 years, he moved to Greenville, NC to attend East Carolina University where he earned Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Criminal Justice. Eventually, Judd began a small home repair company where the majority of his business resulted in roofing repairs. He quickly became a trusted vendor for a major property management company in Greenville. Judd's roofing experience led him to pursue a Haag Certified Roofing Inspector - Residential credential which allowed Judd to supplement his company's services by becoming the only certified roofing inspector, at the time, east of Charlotte for a major national insurance company during their claims process.

During his time working with clients on home repairs and roof inspections, Judd learned his passion and expertise was with homeowners and their homes. During this time in Greenville, he met his wife, Juliana, and they would often visit New Bern. Quickly, they knew New Bern was the place to live and raise their family!

The path to Keller Williams Realty is due to his wife's encouragement to consider the possibility of what would end up being one of life's new chapters. Immediately upon researching the company, Judd was won over after reading of the company's values: God, Family, and then Business. Committed, confident, and after much prayer, Judd embarked towards pursuing a career in real estate joining Keller Williams Realty as a Broker in 2014 and began The Price Group.

With 11 years experience, Judd has advised and served over 150 clients. Judd is your local real estate expert with proven results - extraordinary compared to peers. Esteemed for his integrity, trustworthiness, dedication, and knowledge base, Judd's vision and high standards are the bedrock of his real estate team. When not conducting day to day business, since he is also learning-based, Judd can be found as an enrollee in a skills class at the local, regional, or national level, teaching a skills class, or engaged in one-on-one mentoring.
