Judith Chauvin

Judy has been helping people buy and sell homes in the South Coast marketplace for more than 14 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. She left her career as an interior designer to become a realtor because she loves houses, sales and working with people. Judy is proud to say that more than 90 of her former clients have posted positive reviews about her services.

After relocating from her hometown of Onset to Florida for a number of years, Judy was happy to return in 2001 to the place where everybody knows her name. She married her husband Paul Horigan in September of 2014. Paul’s daughter works for the Barnstable Sheriff’s department and his son recently graduated from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Judy lives in Sandwich and own a home in Onset where Paul and she spends their summers. She is an expert on the Upper Cape, Bourne and Wareham real estate markets.

As a real estate agent, Judy is also an investigator and an analytical person, and if she doesn’t know an answer, she will get it. Many of her former clients have become close friends because they know she genuinely cared about them throughout their transactions. Sometimes Judy even surprised her buyers by saying, “Walk away. This is not the house for you.”

Much of her business comes from repeat customers and referrals. She is a firm believer that if you deliver the best possible services to your clients, they will talk about their experience, come back to you again, and recommend you to others.
