Judith has incredible energy and enthusiasm, and is a fierce negotiator, having acquired her CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). She served as Relocation Director for two years and has extensive knowledge of the Greater Houston Area, and the Houston Heights where she lives and works.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Judith’s greatest joy was raising her two children. She enjoys guiding and helping new generations through the process of home buying, selling, or leasing, and she has a great understanding and appreciation for clients who value quick responses, availability, and honesty.
Judith lived overseas and traveled extensively, and has an understanding of many different cultures and customs, which helps her greatly in Houston’s diverse real estate industry. She understands how it feels to relocate and move to another city or country. She also has moved many times in the Houston area, so Judith also understands how it feels to move to a new neighborhood.
Judith is a member of the Institute of Luxury Real Estate and has received an award for outstanding Sales Associate. Her brokerage, Circa Real Estate, has been recognized nationally for marketing and community involvement, and she often invites her clients to the many fun events at Circa on 19th Street. She is a member of HAR, TAR, NAR, National Association of Professional Women, Houston Heights Association, and the Heights Chamber of Commerce.
