Judson Kidd, Jr

Judson Kidd started his career working for SunTrust Banks as a Treasury Management project leader assigned to Wire Transfer and Loss Prevention. Judson then parlayed his project experience into a career renovating and selling homes in 2001 and was hooked. This career change subsequently led to Judson acquiring his real estate sales license in 2003, and he affiliated with Coldwell Banker soon thereafter. During his sales tenure there he was awarded the 2003 “Rookie of the Year” award selling over $12M in residential real estate in his first year. Many sales awards were to follow, including Listing Agent of the Year 2004-2006 and highest Gross Commission Income 2003-2007. Such continued sales success landed Judson in the Coldwell Banker / NRT Management Training Program in 2009.

After graduation from the yearlong program, Judson took on a new role as Director of Market Intelligence for the National Real Estate Trust, the parent company of Coldwell Banker. Judson continued his career with NRT by moving into Business Development and Acquisitions for the Southeast region. After over a decade with the Coldwell Banker/NRT, Judson took on a new challenge by becoming CEO/Managing Director for Keller Williams Midtown.

After so much time in management, Judson wanted to get back to his roots and returned to residential real estate sales after meeting Natalie DeVicente in 2014. Since joining Southern Roots Realty, Judson has resumed his impressive sales record by selling homes all over the Bay Area, from Sarasota to Tampa.
