Why has Judy Brose been an Award-Winning Top Producer since her 2nd year in real estate? Part of the answer is her prior profession as a Middle School teacher at New Brighton Middle School in Capitola which taught her patience and organizational skills. She taught gifted students world history, English, yearbook, newspaper, cheerleading and volleyball. Her clients feel listened to and understand the process. She is not pushy but cheerfully guides you through the ups and downs of the buying or selling process.

Judy was inducted into Century 21 CENTURION Hall of Fame in 2003! She is in the top 1% of all CENTURY 21 agents nationwide, year after year! Judy has earned over 28 Centurion Awards, more than any other Century 21 Agent in Santa Cruz.

Judy teaches the Code of Ethic class to new agents at the Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORs Board. She is constantly educating herself to stay current with new legislation, contract changes and strategies to protect her buyers and sellers. Judy has earned professional designations including GRI, American’s Most Referred, Negotiation Expert, E-pro and prior California of REALTORS Director.

Judy’s Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS participation includes past President Elect of Board of Directors, current Co-Chair Professional Standards committee, and Chairperson of the Grievance Committee for 5 years. Judy has been awarded the Community Service Award by the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors in 2001 for her volunteer efforts at Second Harvest Food Bank, Conflict Resolution Center, and Rising International Board of Directors.
