Judy is a talented real estate agent whose knowledge of the Barrington area is impressive. I contacted her for assistance with the sale of vacant land, a portion of which was considered wetlands. Judy developed a plan to address this issue, and provided helpful advice on preparing the property and outbuilding prior to listing. Once the property was listed, she kept me informed and responded quickly and successfully to meet the challenges unique to the property.
