Judy provides clients with the attention, honesty, and service they deserve, along with a genuine concern for their needs throughout the entire real estate process. Real estate isn't just a job for her; it has been her career since 1984.
Whether working with buyers or sellers, Judy's goal is to make the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients. She understands that knowledge is power and has constantly furthered her real estate knowledge by pursuing and obtaining "advanced degrees" such as GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by only 4% of all Realtors®), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). She has also participated in various advanced training programs such as Floyd Wickman's "Sweathogs" and Brian Buffini’s "Peak Producers."
Real estate has changed considerably over the years, and Judy wants to keep her clients up to date on anything that might benefit them or impact their transaction.
She has always enjoyed design and for years has advised sellers on what they could do to improve the overall appeal of their homes. In 2007, she officially began the Home Staging component of her business, recognizing it as a powerful marketing tool. In addition to offering staging services for all her clients at no additional cost (except if additional furnishings are needed), she also works with many other real estate agents to provide staging services to their clients on a fee basis. Not every real estate agent has the ability to guide their home sellers in successfully staging their properties.
A major part of her business plan is networking, and to accomplish that, she participated in BNI for 16 years. She is currently involved with a new networking and marketing organization called WAITT (We're All in This Together), which helps businesses grow while supporting local non-profits and community organizations.
Beyond selling real estate, Judy enjoys designing and decorating homes and has worked with many clients in that capacity. Additionally, she has overseen the renovation of several of her own properties, including a house in Brewster on Cape Cod, MA.
Judy is a long-time Framingham resident, a Framingham Town Meeting member, a gardener, cook, decorator, and sports fan. Even though she often feels like a "local," she relocated to Massachusetts from Hollywood, Florida many years ago.
