I was in the market to purchase my first house and i had sent numerous requests to agents to contact me on a couple of properties i was interested in. Most of these agents only sent automated messages that they were with other clients and would contact me later which they never did. Jules was prompt and she replied to my request right away. She was very knowledgeable and was always a phone call away. Even though i was really picky, she was patient in showing me uncountable number of properties. When i finally decided on the property i wanted, it was a short sale and again she was patient and followed up on all the approval processes until everything went through. Even on my day of closing, she had to drive to the property to do a last minute inspection all by herself to make sure everything was in good condition before i signed. Not only did she help me get my house but i also made a very good friend and i sure intend using her in the future.

First of all, Jules is a very friendly, warm and responsive person. She is incredibly quick to return calls! She did a wonderful job of guiding us through the intricacies of the unusual ownership arrangement of the house, as well as working with everyone and responding quickly to changing circumstances. She gave advice when asked, but was always clear about the limits of her expertise. Her knowledge of the area and of the market gave us a clear sense that we were benefiting from her years of experience, both in real estate, and in banking. From the very beginning, Jules had a clear plan for pricing and marketing the house, and clever ways to help buyers see how affordable it was. We got timely updates about who had seen the house and how they had responded to it and to the price, both from other realtors and from potential buyers. If I hadn't already been convinced that Jules was great at her job, her quick response to finding water in the basement on closing day (after historic flooding in the area), would have proved it. The sale went through anyway. Jules rocks!

I highly recommend Jules as an real estate agent. Although there was a lot of interested from other would be buyers for the property we wanted to purchase, Jules was able to get our contract ratified and ready for closing in less than one week. Everything the seller’s agent asked for in terms of addendums and contingencies was forwarded to us and sent back to the seller’s agent in less than a day. That’s just the business side of Jules, on a personal note she is one of the warmest, kindest and friendliest people o will ever meet.

My Husband and I have had a truly amazing experience with Julie Cole, from the first phone call to the last meeting at Settlement; she has been nothing less than remarkable. We were going through a difficult time financially and could no longer afford our home. After applying for a modified loan we still struggled making ends meet. We then realized we had no other choice but to sell our home. Julie had made this process so easy for us. She is very knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. I believe we talked daily. At one point we had three offers on our home. She assisted us on making the right decision and was impressive on staying on top of things. She is definitely a go getter and went to bat for us many times. Julie is also a caring person. My husband's Mother passed away in the beginning of October.
