Jules Loesch

Jules was born and raised in the local area, growing up in State College and later residing in Centre Hall. He attended Penns Valley High School graduating with a small class of only 132 students. After high school, he continued his education at South Hills School of Business & Technology and earned an Associate degree in Business Administration, Management & Marketing in the fall of 2013.

He owns and operates Vista Property Management which oversees 50+ rentals in Centre County, which is his main focus day to day. Jules is also a 3rd generation builder, and part of Loesch Construction. He uses his real estate license primarily to help friends and family that are searching for their dream homes.

In his personal life, Jules loves technology and keeping up-to-date with the latest news and trends. He appreciates great cars, fashion and home design trends,and travel. Most of all, he loves his 2 dogs - Trex & Azek.
