Julia was wonderful from the start! I don't know where to start. She truly treated us like family and I felt she was looking out for us and not just trying to make a quick sale. She was very knowledgeable as I was looking for my first home, professional and respectfully direct. She had no issue pointing out flaws in houses that would cause me potential problems and I really appreciated those observations. She was quick to respond and was willing to work around my hectic schedule in order to see the houses as soon as possible. Most importantly she was very patient and I never felt like I had to be in and out during a showing as she knew this was a huge purchase. I would not have had such a smooth sailing and wonderful experience without her! Thank you Julia for all you did for us :)

Ms. Julia is such a great and insightful aset to my home search. Ms. Julia provided knowledge, encouragrment and support i know i would not have found in another realtor. She is just amazing. Ms. Julia walked me through every aspect of my home purchase, from inspectio through settlement and closure. If you have Ms. Julia as a realtor you have the best of the best.

Julia was hands down the BEST realtor we have worked with. She was so outgoing, kind, tentative, personable and honest. She worked long hours for us even at 10pm. We recommend her to everyone we know!
