Julia Howard

Julia Howard has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2006 following her retirement as an Investigator for The State of Georgia Real Estate Commision. She is a member of the Heart of Georgia Board of Realtors and has been awarded as a top producer in the $750K club and the Million Dollar Club. Julia specializes in residential real estate but enjoys facilitating sales and purchases of all types for her clients.

Julia enjoys meeting new people through her work, community involvement, and active church membership. She has served on the board for the Griffin Kiwananianne Club in several roles including President, Vice President, and she is currently serving as Treasurer for the organization. The club proudly gives more than $30K to the community each year. Julia has also been an active member of First Baptist Church of Griffin for over 50 years, serving and worshiping in the adult choir, small singing ensemble, and as a youth leader.
