Finding Julia Krusac as our realtor was truly one of the best parts of our home-buying journey. After living in Tampa for 26 years, we had always dreamed of owning a second home in the North Georgia mountains. Our search began with looking for land to build on, and we first connected with Julia as the listing agent on a property we were interested in.
During a short visit to Ellijay, Julia went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see every property that interested us. Although none of those opportunities felt quite right, she never pressured us and continued to support our search.
Then one day, a listing appeared that had incredible potential but required significant renovation. Julia immediately visited the property, provided detailed videos, shared all the facts, and gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. Throughout the process, she was our advocate, helping us negotiate the final offer and connecting us with trusted lenders, contractors, and other valuable resources.
Most importantly, Julia always had our best interests at heart. She kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful long-distance purchase feel manageable and reassuring. Buying a home from several states away isn't easy, but Julia's expertise, communication, and dedication gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. We worked with Julia to find the PERFECT mountain home for our family. During that time, she showed us a number of fantastic properties. She even contacted us PRIOR to a house going onto the market and was able to get us in to see it in advance of it being listed. Because of her relationships and hustle, we were able to submit an offer (which was accepted) and closed within a couple of weeks.
