Julia is definitely a a true gem. When we came to her with what we were looking for in a home that would accommodate my elderly mother and family she went straight to work to find what options we had. She helped with the sale of my mothers original home so we could buy a new home. She worked fast, made accommodations for my mom and notary and in all paved the way for a smooth transaction of all parts of sale. We appreciate her kindness, efficiency and knowledge in home buying.

in 2009 I was looking to buy a home that would meet my needs for the future. I was preparing to move my elderly parents in with me. After talking with a few relators, I met with Julia. I explained my situation and needs regarding size, location and accessibility for disabled and elderly. Julia went right to work searching for my perfect home. Over the next month, she showed me several homes, not that would perfect for me but for specific areas of the homes such as kitchens, bedroom size, entry and exits. she learned and understood what I needed and wanted. It was no time before she found my perfect home at a fabulous price. I enjoyed the home for over a decade, but after I retired and the passing of my father, I decided it was time to move. In 2020, I called Julia and asked her to sale my home. She did more than that. She sold my home at a price that made me smile and in a short period of time. Julia then went on to contact other relators out of state that she knew to help me find my retirement dream home. They did just that. 45 days from Julia making the call, I had sold my home in California and was moving into my dream home on the Sake River in Idaho. I cannot say enough great things about Julia. Buying or selling a home, she is the one you want. She will get the job done and done right!

Julia is AMAZING! She recently helped my husband and I sell our home. She is attentive, quick and very reliable. She had professional photos done and had it listed shortly after, even though we lived a few hours away. Within hours of it being listed, we had a full cash offer! Julia is nothing but the BEST!!! She helped me buy both my condo and my house. When I was ready to move across the country to SC...she help me sell both. She also helped my adult son (Michael Rubio) purchase his first house.

She is very aggressive at listing your house or when you’re buying. She will put you in the right house. She’s always available to answer any questions at any time of the day!!! She goes above and beyond to meet your needs. You can’t go wrong with Julia!!!

I had an old neighbor call me to get a personal reference on Julia because he had met with her about listing his house. After speaking, he said he was moving forward with Julia listing his house. Julia definitely made selling our home an easy, quick and most pleasant experience. Any questions/concerns I had she took care of. She is well versed in real estate, definitely one of the most experienced. We sold our home in less than 1 month, once the “For Sale” sign was put up. Julia takes care of business and she works hard for her customers. Customers requesting Julia as their realtor can just sit back, never worry and know Julia is handling whatever their real estate needs may be.

Julia is a rockstar when it comes to selling houses. She gave us excellent suggestions on how to get the most money out of our home by making some updates to flooring and bathrooms. Our home sold is 6 days with people calling to see if before it even listed. She also gave us a recommendation on a realtor where we moved too out of state. He was fantastic too. She is so easy to work with and her expertise is beyond words. I highly recommend her, use her knowledge and advise when you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell!
