This listing had its challenges and Julia handled each situation like a pro. She responds quickly to all texts, emails or calls and was never out of reach. I have purchased and sold several homes and have never had a better realtor. She works hard to find qualified buyers that are a good match for your listing. She is responsive, timely, and works with her clients to sell their listing as quickly as possible. I believe she would work just as hard for buyers to find the best property for them. You can't find a better realtor for your purchase or listing.

I was referred to Julia via a dear local Montrose friend who informed me that Julia was the relator for my husband and I !
As the owner and operator of a New York State horse farm , seeking to relocate , I needed to sell the farm first before I bought in Montrose. it took 2 years for us to sell it and the entire duration, Julia kept on informing us of suitable homes for sale in Montrose.
Finally one clicked during the pandemic and we could
not travel out to Colo to see it and check it out.
We did it virtually, and Julia handled EVERYTHING!
Not only are we completely satisfied with the house, but it was the easiest process we ever had to endure... no stress! We couldn’t have done it better ourselves. She even handled the ground keeping while we are in preparation for the move which won’t happen for several months due to heath issues and Covid.
No doubt, go with this girl!
