Julie Bell

For Julie, real estate is the family business. Hailing originally from the Chicago area, Julie grew up watching and learning from her mother, who developed an impressive real estate business. She also has two brothers who are both now realtors in Chicago. Julie lived in London for several years, began her real estate career working with an international relocation brokerage, serving both U. S. and European companies. Upon moving to Brookline in 1998, Julie continued working within the relocation industry, specializing in international relocation, and eventually moved to residential real estate in 2000.

Julie's knowledge of the area, personal experience with both the public and private school systems, her involvement and commitment to the community make her an excellent real estate professional. Julie has raised two children in the Brookline public school system. She is very involved in the public schools, and strongly supports athletic pursuits for young adults. She has served as President of the Friends of Brookline Rowing, a non-profit parent group supporting one of the very few public high school rowing programs in Massachusetts. She currently serves as co-director of the Brookline High School 21st Century Fund's Board of Overseers, empowering the Brookline High School faculty community by fostering a culture of innovation, supporting the development of new ideas and initiatives that will enable students to thrive. Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Barat College of DePaul University where she also studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Keble College, Oxford University. Julie is able to assist her clients with all their real estate needs, whether it be buying, selling or renting a property in Brookline, Newton, and surrounding neighborhoods.
