Julie Bird

Born and raised in Evanston, Julie began her career in real estate after a move to Arizona in 2000. She went on to become one of the top producers in the Scottsdale area, adding staging, rehabbing and new construction to the mix of her experience.

When the time came for her daughters to enter middle school, Julie jumped at the chance to move her family back to the North Shore where she continues her career, evolving her passion for connecting individuals with their dream homes, and helping clients have a positive selling experience.

In 2020, Julie formed the Allie+Julie Team alongside her lifelong friend and fellow Evanstonian Allie Payne.
