My family and I have been trying for about 3 years now to buy a home but we had a lot to do to get the ball rolling. We finally were qualified this year and had our eye on a particular house. There was an open house held and we went to check it out. Even though the house already had an offer on it I'm still so glad we went because that was the day I met Julie Butler! The most motivated, down to earth realtor you will ever meet! I had talked to about 3 other Realtors and never got anything going with any of them because they all seem uninterested and didn't bother to keep in touch with me. I was always the one reaching out to them but that was never the case with Julie. Not only is she an awesome realtor but an awesome human being as well! She showed us a bunch of houses and wrote up 2 different contracts for us. One fell through due to complications on my part and the other we ended up changing our minds about and she never lost patience with us! Long story short we ended up in a house we love and could not have gotten here without Julie! She started out as our realtor and ended up feeling like family! I'll definitely recommend her to any and everyone I know who is interested in buying a home. If you're looking for the best agent you can possibly find I promise you will never find anyone better than Julie Butler!! I wish I could give her 100 stars for everything! Wow, where do we start! My husband and I were very impressed with Julie Butler; she was amazing and on it from the first time we contacted her. As well, Julie was extremely responsive and offered great suggestions. Julie went above and beyond to ensure that our home buying experience was stress-free. Adding, she remained in contact with us during the entire ordeal and relayed our offer (requests) expeditiously. Most important, we were impressed with Julie's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!
