Julie Everett

Julie, a native Floridian, has been surrounded by and involved with real estate for more than 24 years. She is married to Anthony Everett, President of Everett Realty Services and daughter-in-law to the well-known luxury real estate specialist, Toni Everett. After graduating from The University of Tampa with a B.S. in education, Julie started her career as a primary grade teacher in the public-school system. Julie’s patience and desire to help others carried over from the classroom to her successful real estate career. Julie prides herself in assisting buyers who may be new to the Tampa Bay area as well as sellers who expect attention to detail. Having raised her twins in Tampa, she enjoys sharing her knowledge of all the best Tampa has to offer. All her clients know that Julie is willing to go the extra mile to find or sell their perfect home. Her caring demeanor reassures clients that the buying or selling process will go as smoothly as possible. She listens to her clients’ needs and genuinely cares that those needs are met, as is evident with her many repeat clients.
