About Julie

Licensed since 2000, I started my career in New Home Sales as a Site Sales Manager for area builders in Washtenaw, Wayne and Oakland counties. Wanting to experience more facets of Real Estate, I joined a high volume team as a Buyer Agent, helping local and international buyers find a home in our lovely community. In my previous careers I've been a teacher, jewelry maker, manager and a farmer. To each position I bring creativity, resourcefulness and a strong work ethic laden with candor and humor, a combination that distinguishes me from many colleagues and which is valued by my clients. I'm forever seeking the latest industry information and to that end have earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative and certifications in NAR's Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and At Home With Diversity. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Residential Specialist and completed the Graduate Realtor Institute.
