Julie Hettermann

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. From the Chicago area, she moved to the Phoenix area over 30 years ago. The fantastic weather is perfect for some of her favorite activities, such as golfing, hiking, and flying.

She has an extensive background in insurance and sales before going into the real estate business almost 20 years ago. Her primary real estate areas include, but are not limited to, the Southeast Valley. She specializes in Tempe where she resides.

The majority of her clients are referrals. Clients represented include new buyers, investors, second home buyers, sellers, relocations, retirees, and college students. She uses a wide variety of marketing tools when listing a home including print media, open houses, and several internet media sites.

Julie enjoys working with her clients to find them the best home for their needs and wants. Her previous sales experience shows when negotiating the sale or purchase of a home for her clients.
