Julie Lowe

Julie Lowe is a 16-year real estate veteran who has successfully represented Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds, and local investors in buying and selling thousands of homes. Julie specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to assemble land, broker investment properties, and multi- and single-family homes that consistently exceed the investment goals of her clients. Over the last six years, Julie has focused most of her attention on real estate development. Her most recent project; a mixed-use residential development project in the ever-changing Dilworth/Southend neighborhood. This project consisted of a 48-unit condominium, a quadplex, and ten single-family homes. She currently has several development projects underway, totaling over 400+ acres in Charlotte and surrounding cities. These projects will produce hundreds of single and multi-family homes and commercial spaces.
