Julie Lowe is well positioned to understand the real estate needs of clients within the local area, as well as those with an international profile or coming from NYC. Having lived in both London and Manhattan, Julie has first-hand knowledge of the logistical needs and requirements of transitioning a family to a new home and community. With her wealth of knowledge about the many diverse areas within the Town of Greenwich, including Riverside, Old Greenwich, Cos Cob, mid-country, and back-country, Julie can help her clients navigate their home search, including educating them on neighborhood personalities, finding preschools, grade schools, and children’s sports and activities. She is dedicated to guiding her clients every step of the way in finding the right fit for their next chapter. Julie is an active member of the Greenwich community and has two children, one who attends Eastern Middle School in Riverside, CT, and one who attends Greenwich High School.

Julie Lowe was named a Top 100 Agent for Greater Greenwich by The Real Deal in 2018. She was also a Platinum award winner for Houlihan Lawrence in 2018 and 2020. Julie is a full-time agent with a keen understanding of the local market and goes above and beyond for each of her clients whether they are renting, buying or selling.

Raised in Santa Barbara, California, Julie moved to the East Coast in 1999. Prior to becoming a realtor in 2007, Julie worked for the New York Stock Exchange in New York and London where she focused on International Listings, Marketing, and Client Services--as such, she understands the importance of tailoring her approach to meet each client’s needs in buying or selling a home. Julie is proactive, highly responsive, and dedicated to helping her clients from start to finish during their real estate process, in addition to employing a methodical and analytical approach to valuation for both buyers and sellers.

Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
