My fiancé and myself were looking for our first home. With it being our first home we were absolutely clueless on where to begin very stressful. We heard from family about julie manion. From the beginning she was very helpful and informative and helpful from day one. She sent us tons of houses daily once we found one we liked she within a hour she had us a appointment to check the houses. She was on top of everything from the beginning would deal with julie in the future and would hesitate to recommend her to anyone. From dealing with julie from day one till the day we closed on our house julie and vintage real eastate was a great experience. I highly recommend if your in the hunt for a new home deal with julie at vintage real estate.

Julie was amazing! She understood what I was looking for and went out of her way to get me to see properties that she thought I would be interested in. This in spite of the fact that I was looking from out of state- we had several tours via face time!

She was open and honest and was instrumental in my finding the perfect house for the right price.

I highly recommend her and Vintage Realty if you are looking for a home

I have had the pleasure of working with Julie twice. First in selling my condominium and a few years later in purchasing a home. My condo looked amazing on line with her pictures she had taken. It went under contract within 20 minutes after the first person looked at it. A few years later I was looking to purchase a home and Julie made the process incredibly easy. Throughout Julie had been there every step of the way. She answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night. I never felt pressured. When I made my decision on my home she guided me through everything. I highly recommend her for your Real Estate needs. Thank you Julie for all your hard work!

Julie was absolutely the best realtor to have. As first time home-buyers, she helped us find the perfect home, and never got frustrated with how picky we were, or how long it took us to find a house. She made sure to let us know if there was anything concerning on the disclosures, what would need replaced if we put in an offer, and helped us decide if we were making the right choice. She also took a lot of her own time to sit down with us to explain the process of putting in an offer, home inspections, and closing, which was extremely helpful, and made us less stressed.

The best part of the process is how responsive she was to our needs. Even when she was on vacation, she still made it a point to let us know she was there whenever we found a house of interest, or had any questions. She would text us about houses to go see in our budget, when upcoming open houses were, and reassured us that this was a big decision and she would be there every step of the way.

To say Julie wasn't the reason why we are so happy with our house, is a lie. She is main reason as to why we got the house we did, and we couldn't be any happier with the help and support she gave us throughout this journey.
