A native of NW Pennsylvania, Julie has called North Carolina home since 1985, and has been a REALTOR®/Broker since 1996. Having experienced city life in Greensboro and Charlotte, she permanently relocated to Lake Lure in 2013 and enjoys the more laid-back lifestyle and beauty of mountain lake living! Julie’s ability to listen to and meet the needs of clients, along with an ability to manage numerous details of each transaction to promote a smooth closing experience, has been key to success as a real estate professional. As part of her professional development, she has achieved the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.
