Julie first arrived in Athens in 1995 as a first-generation student at the University of Georgia and quickly fell in love with the community. She became a diehard Bulldog fan, met her husband Joe, and made Athens home, where they have built businesses, raised three children, and stayed deeply connected to the area they love.
