I have had Julie as my relator for the last 2 houses that I needed to sell. First was my house in Minonk and later mother's house. I live an hour and a half away from my mother's house and it was wonderful that Julie could take over for me and sell the house without me having to be there for everything. She makes the process so easy and seamless. Always available anytime you call her, she makes time for you. She is very professional and has a wonderful demeanor, very friendly and knowledgeable about real estate. If you need a relator, give her a call, she is fabulous!!

My experience with Julie Moore during the sale of my father's house was very pleasant. Now mind you i live an hour from my Father's house, Julie took over as if it was her own property! Contacting her was easy, she would always be available at anytime. She worked on getting the house professionally cleaned and set up a viewing very quickly. She sold the house within 48 hours of the listing, met her at the closing at the attorney's office and it was all signed and sold within 30 minutes. Don't hire anyone else to sell your house, julie will get the job done right. I couldn't be happier with her and her year's of experience and professionalism.

We bought and sold a house while working with Julie. There were several offer on a house that was everything we were looking for. Julie came up with a couple creative ways to make our offer stand out without going over list price. Our offer was accepted and it was smoothing sailing all the way to closing. As for selling my previous house, Julie sold it for list price to one of her clients on the 1st day.. She has great knowledge of not just the real estate business but also of the building of the house.
