Julie was by far the best realtor we worked with while my wife and I were purchasing our first home this last fall season. She made the process as easy and stress free as possible. Our offer was accepted a day before we left for an out of country vacation and we were even still on vacation when signing paperwork and still found it to be stress free! She was always available for showings and very flexible with our busy schedules and her own. I wouldn't have wanted to purchase a house with anybody else! Highly recommend to anybody no matter what you looking for.

We have used Julie twice now when purchasing/selling our home, we won't use any other realtor after our experiences with her! With our first home she was great to work with, being very patient with us as first time home buyers. She was also very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the whole process. The second time, which was only a few months ago, had some bumps along the way in the buying process. She was calm, even when I wasn't, and helped us work through them to get into our dream home! Those bumps also affected putting our current home at the time on the market, but again she was right there to help work through that. We got our house sold in no time!

We met Julie on a Monday night. We had “coming soon”information out by Tuesday, including photos! The sale went live on Friday and we accepted an offer on Tuesday! 26k above asking, cash sale, no inspections! We truly believe this wouldn’t have turned out as well with another realtor! Julie was professional but friendly and relatable. She walked with us every step of the way through the closing of the sale. Additionally, she checked in several times after. Julie is efficient, checking every box along the way. We can’t say enough great things about her. We’ve used other realtors in the past and have been happy with the service they provided. We completed a long distance relocation in 2022 and Julie Nelson was the best resource we could have asked for to help us through the stressful process. Julie helped us get reacquainted with the Pennsylvania market before we even listed our home in North Carolina and gave us immediate availability to start touring homes the day we arrived back in the Lancaster area. In today’s market, there isn’t a minute to waste in getting into available properties and Julie got us into every home we wanted to see. We had a challenging negotiation process once we found the home we wanted, and at one point we thought we’d have to walk away. Julie’s persistence with the negotiation and patience with us delivered the result we all wanted…we got the home we’d die without.
