We were working with Kim for the last 3 years looking for our perfect place. The thing we loved about Kim was she was honest. She taught us patience, to keep our high hopes, and to not settle. So we didn't, and we found our perfect place! That's when Julie came in to help sell our house. She recommended a list of things todo and had an eye for decorating our house to look cute. We sold our house fast. If your looking to sell or buy your house I would recommend these gal's! They are the best!

I wanted to sell my house quickly to take advantage of the Strong housing market here in Alexandria. My first relator was dragging her feet and showed up at my house 3 days latter, totally unprepared. After 6 days, still with no contract to sell, I stopped into Randy Fischer's Real Estate office. (Sadly, Randy is no longer with us, he was a nice guy to speak with.) The new owner Julie Rambow, invited me into her office and showed me comps to give me an idea of what I had. I asked her when she could stop by and see it, she asked if right now is okay. I replied, "not that is how you do service"

An hour later I signed a contract with her. I asked for three days to declutter my house, she even loaned me her company trailer, to move stuff into storage. Four days later she had my house posted with great professionally done photo's. The next 3 days I had showings booked up all day. And quickly sold my property at 98% of full asking price.

This was the first time I sold a property, so I had a lot of questions through out the process and Julie replied to every text day or night.

We all know service is not what it use to be, I was very fortunate to find this level of service. But I knew I had the right person with in 10 minutes of meeting her.

To Julie and ALL of her staff, thank you so much.

My sister and I interviewed several realtors in the area and Julie's knowledge base blew us away. The other realtors missed some important issues at our father's home the others never even touched on. She went above and beyond for our family! Their are four of us selling our fathers home so we had questions continuously and she answered at all hours. My husband and I had just sold our home a few month prior (2 1/2 hours away) and really wished I would have gotten this save kind of service!
I am very thankful for her professionalism it gave me time to grieve. Working with Julie was as easy as it gets! You will not be disappointed call her!

I work for a title company and so I have the pleasure of working with these lovely ladies on a daily basis but recently just had them list AND SELL!! my house. My husband and I had listed our house with another realtor for close to a year and barely had any showings--partly due to the market. So, as you can imagine, we didn't have much faith in our home selling. These ladies ALWAYS had positive attitudes and restored our faith and before we knew it, we had a buyer!
