Julie is amazing! We were having trouble getting a house in the 2021 housing market with Redfin. I would estimate we saw 50+ houses with them and put in multiple offers with no success or, to be honest, any direction from our agent. We met with Julie and saw less than 10 houses. The first one we submitted an offer for was accepted by the seller. She is insightful and has great advise on how to put in a competitive offer. She was also able to get us into several showings that we were having difficulty scheduling ourselves due to her connections. We highly recommend her!

Julie helped us sell and purchase a home all at the same time with no hickups along the way ! Something that seemed impossible with our previous realtor, Julie made very easy and stress free. Julie was amazing to work with. We were moving from Milwaukee to Chicago. She helped us narrow in on a suburb, then a neighborhood. She was open and honest with us guiding us to make a wonderful choice for our family and financially. We had a newborn with us and she was always flexible. The next year when we un expectantly we’re moving out of state, she was right there. Guiding us to price the house fair, calming my nerves, and giving advice for when to put pressure on and when to give a little bit. Julie is a wonderful relator! She gave my small property as much attention as my friends have received for their more expensive homes. She went above and beyond what I expected. I had to move out of state and my water heater leaked. Julie had the problem fixed immediately for me. Because of the leak, my closing got postponed by four months- but Julie never made me feel like I was a hassle to her! She kept up with the property for me & kept me informed as well as made sure I understood what was going on with the lawyers. I feel extremely blessed to have had Julie on my side during this process!
