We would very much recommend Julie Schrader as a realtor for the Indian Lake Region. She was very considerate of our time and schedules. She was thoughtful in the choice of properties to show us. As a long time resident of the area, she’s very knowledgeable of all aspects of the Indian Lake region including: history, contact information for contractors, electricians, upholstery and picture framing, and places to visit. Not only did she make the adventure of purchasing a home go as seamlessly as possible, but we feel we made a friend in the process!

My Wife and I went to look on our own at a property and Julie was there as their Relator, so we were able to talk to her that day about her helping us since we were not from Indian Lake. We then contacted her that week and she started right away looking up houses in the range we were looking for, she was so nice and so helpful! Recently, I was in need of a professional Realtor to sell a family property which had been part of our family history for over fifty years. Julie understood my desire to sell the property within in specific timeframe and to a Buyer that would use the property in a manner that respected our Family legacy. She not only was able to find the right Buyer but managed to close the Sale within half of the specific timeframe we had agreed upon. As with any Sale there are always unexpected issue and Julie handled them effectively and professionally. She is a talented and professional Realtor that I would recommend to any potential property owner who is looking to sell a property.

Julie was wonderful to work with. She came highly recommended from neighbors and I’m so glad we trusted her to sell our home. Her recommendations along with her marketing strategy got us an amazing offer that happened much sooner than we would have ever thought. She didn’t cut corners with her marketing strategy like some realtors do. She hired a photographer to take pictures of our home to bring us buyers and featured our home in the local newspaper. In addition to being a great realtor, Julie previously worked for a title agency. This means she’s able to support and guide her clients throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
