Julie Shepard

Julie Shepard is a realtor with Real Broker, LLC, on the Platinum Group Real Estate team, proudly serving Northern Virginia. Based in Alexandria (Fairfax County), Julie grew up in Fairfax County and, while moving frequently as a military spouse, has spent half of her married life in Fairfax County, where she raised her family and where she and her husband call home following his 30-year military career and retirement.

Julie brings a deep understanding of the realities of military life, including PCS moves, deployments, and major transitions. Having personally moved in and out of the region multiple times as both a renter and a homeowner, she is uniquely positioned to help families relocating to Northern Virginia navigate the area’s competitive market, complex logistics, and lifestyle adjustments.
