Welcome to my Homes.com page! I have been very blessed to meet and make wonderful friends and clients through selling real estate over the past 30 years. Prior to selling real estate I was a professional licensed residential appraiser. While appraising properties, I was able to help homeowners realize the current market value of their home, land, condo, investment properties and mulit-family units. The appraisal experience has helped me realize the market values of homes in the entire Northwest Ohio area. Appraising residential real estate was a perfect lead in to selling real estate. Knowing the Northwest Ohio area, and the value of homes, is the key to an experienced knowledgeable Realtor. I have traveled in and out of State to receive higher education in the real estate field. I have held seminars to help Buyers and Sellers. I give back by teaching pre-licensing Real Estate courses for Hondros College.
