Julie Taub

Julie Taub has been a resident of Oceanside for the past 33 years of which she has been active in both school and community activities/development. Recently she was a key member in stopping the construction of a cellular tower above Ocean Chemist (local pharmacy) in the center of town, as well as defeating another application by T-Mobile to construct a cell tower above 2838 Long Beach Rd. Oceanside.

Julie has worked for Hal Knopf Realty for 26 years becoming an expert in Real Estate on the South Shore of Long Island, specializing in Oceanside. Ms. Taub is a graduate of FIT in Interior Design which gives her a keen eye for not only properties, but the aesthetics both inside and around the houses which she shows and sells. That ability has translated on multiple occasions to assisting potential buyers and sellers to see their homes in a "new" light.
