About Julie

Julie Townsend is the daughter of Dick and Peggy Icker. She was born in Leesburg, Florida and has two older sisters, one older brother and she is the last-born daughter of her parents. Although when she was ten, they decided to grow our family again! Through the next several years they fostered handicap children. Now she legally has two younger brothers and one younger sister with Downs Syndrome. She is truly blessed to be a part of such an awesome family! When she was twenty years old, she married the love of her life, Danny and they remain married and in love since 1983. They have two beautiful daughters and five incredible grandchildren. Being a native of this area equips her with knowledge and the gift of being familiar with this community. It also has instilled a love for Lake and Sumter County as her home. Although it has grown due to The Villages development, she embraces the growth and love the amenities our community now offers. She loves God and is proud to be an American Christian! Helping people with their real estate needs is what she loves to do since 2000. She loves people and the Real Estate Profession! It would be her pleasure to serve any of your Real Estate needs!
