02/09/2017 - AmyCravens Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2016 in Nashville, TN. I can not say enough about Julie! She has helped me buy and sell a home and guided me through both learning processes with ease. As a first time buyer, she tirelessly worked to show me multiple homes and made sure I was comfortable and found what I was looking for. As a seller, I had already moved to another state, and can't imagine how difficult things would've been without her. She helped me find contractors to make necessary repairs. She fought for me when we were dealing with difficult and demanding buyers. She was always quick to respond to emails and calls. She is always upbeat, energetic, and easy to work with. I can always count on her to be honest and upfront with me. I not only found a tremendous realtor during this process, but a tremendous friend as well. I would highly recommend Julie for all your real estate needs.

03/07/2017 - mel vanderwyden Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Shelby Hills, Nashville, TN. Julie helped us by our first house back in 2011. We loved working with her so much, when we went to sell that house and buy the home we plan to retire in, we knew she was the perfect person to contact. She makes buying and selling a house easy at what can be a very stressful time. She is professional, knowledgeable, and is available to walk you through every step of the home buying process. She was always quick to respond to me via email, text, and phone as well as willing to accommodate our busy schedules for viewings, etc. There was not one request I made (knowing I am VERY high maintenance and expect nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL customer service) that she didn't fulfill. She was available most any time of day (even for the early riser and up all nighter) to answer any crazy question I had. Calming nerves and talking sense into spouses is definitely one of her specialties. She even took the time to drive WAY out of her way to show my parents our new house on a whim while they were in town. I cannot say enough great things about working with Julie, she really made our home buying experience as easy and stressless and I imagine it could have been.

06/29/2017 - khentrel Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in CCSI (South Inglewood), Nashville, TN. Julie is always there! We always felt like we were a top priority. She always responded quickly when we reached out. We never had to wait to see a house, and we must have looked a 30 or more houses in 45 days! We had a million questions and concerns, and Julie always had a thoughtful and honest answer. Even after we closed, she followed up with us. Plus, she is very creative and has a ton of design ideas! I can't recommend her enough.
