She is actually very helpful. Looking for a place and selling my place... the service is exceptional. All the concerns I had about when my place will sell and what will help sell the place to finding and closing on the new place and scheduling all of that... she's great. Didn't have much to worry about. Things she did - stage my old place so that it is more attractive, look for new homes given the criteria (value, school districts), bargaining and negotiating the cost to buy and sell ensuring I spend as little as possible, and making sure that both settlements took place at the same time on schedule with my needs. Recommending her to my family and friends definitely.
