My experience with purchasing a home was a big headache. I had 3 realtors that was not very good with getting information. My Nephew had Julius contact me and all can say is this man was awesome I mean knowledgeable and he know what it means to protect and provide for his clients. Julius was the most involved and respectful man that made sure everything was on track and always letting me know what was happening. I can go on about Julius. If you need a realtor I mean a professional that can get results That Julius . I’m glad I had the pleasure of meeting him and he was the one made my experience a lot easier.

I highly recommend Julius, best experience I have had in my 1st home buying experience. He was there every step of the way and I knew what to expect before hand. I told him what I want and the features I was looking for and got just that . I'm very happy with the outcome. He makes you feel like family, and just a real down to earth guy and being responsive was a plus.

He was so professional and knowledgeable that I felt extremely comfortable with the process. He was very responsive to all of my communication. And when we experienced difficulties with the title company, he worked through the issues, saved the deal and closed on time. I would definitely work with him again.
