My primary contact was with Jurgen's wife, Kristen, but they both helped out a great deal. First Kirsten got a renter for a condo I owned in VA and helped me navigate the process at a distance (I live in Massachusetts). Later I decided to sell the unit and both Jurgen and Kristen were amazing in helping answer questions about the paperwork and the process, keeping the communication flowing, and even taking care of a few minor repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely great experience having Jürgen Gonzalez as my realtor!! My wife and I were preparing to relocate from Nebraska to the DC-MD-VA area and we needed a realtor. A co-worker recommended Jürgen. I spoke with Jürgen while I was still in Nebraska and immediately, he began to guide my wife and I along the way. He listened to our preferences and set up a profile with housing recommendations based on our desires. Over the weeks, as our desires changed, he would adjust the profile to meet our needs. When we arrived in town for an initial visit, he met with us over multiple days to show us the homes we wanted to see. During our search, his experience and expertise was incredibly helpful, and helped narrow our search. Jürgen also connected us with a lender for consideration (which we did use). Lastly, Jürgen has an awesome partner, his wife Kristen, and they are truly a dynamic duo! Both of them responded to our texts, queries, etc., and assisted us in every way possible. Bottom line: My wife and I closed on our home and are very well pleased!! Great job Jürgen and Kristen! I highly recommend them!!

Jurgen and Kristen made this process very smooth, but very realistic as well. We were able to see a range of properties in our budget, all staying within our lanes and lifestyle. NOVA is a tough, competitor market, and they knew exactly what levers to pull and play to WIN! We also appreciated a real attention to detail with all the questions that came up a long the way, it was a great process, and I highly recommend for serious buyers! We will definitely be referring and using them in the future!

Professionally I have worked with numerous realtors over the course of my career and 4000+ first time clients. Jurgen and I have been working together since 2014 and I have never come across a realtor of his caliber. His work ethic, knowledge, experience, and attention to details sets him far out ahead of any other realtors I know. If you are looking for someone that will make the extra effort, find the right home for you, and look out for your best interests while maximizing your buying power, then I couldn't advise enough to reach out to him. Skip the part time realtors out there and work with someone that is focused on a career and you won't let you down. He will keep you on schedule and make sure tasks are done on time every time so that you have a smooth and great experience. This is a fun process when it comes to someone who knows what they are doing, knows their market, and has a great personality to add too it. I can never say enough about how amazing Jürgen is! My husband and I were terrified of the "hassle" of buying a new home, but he put us at ease and walked us through every step of the process including getting a loan. We had a family crisis in the middle of everything and Jurgen and his wife were right there, making sure everything still got done to secure our purchase when we were in no condition to do anything. I would trust Jurgen with anything and I will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a home!!

Jurgen was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient and flexible! He just wanted to make sure we found our perfect home. He would show us homes very early in the morning before we went to work or very late after work. He really worked with our schedule. Which is critical in this market. He then connected us to a great lender. We felt like he was more of a friend than an agent because he truly cared and connected with us, to know our needs.
