Justin is amazing!! Ours was a tough sell — we built the home ourselves and spent over $3m. The market was in a state of flux as rates were coming off of an all-time low. Also, because of our price point we needed to attract the perfect buyer. Justin was great because he had lots of ideas about the right way to list, what list price to go with and exactly how to market the property. It was easy from the get-go and we received our first offer in a relatively short amount of time! Justin is smart, responsive, funny and a great golfer! He is a master networker and very connected on the North Shore. Above all he is an amazing real estate broker and we would highly recommend Justin! Just call Justin Greenberg with any real estate need. We are glad we did!!

We had the pleasure of both selling and buying our homes through the JG Group. Before listing our townhouse, Justin carefully evaluated it and made recommendations of what we should update and fix prior to listing. He then partnered with Curbio to change our carpet and paint and got us several offers within a few days of listing. For purchasing our new home, he worked with our tight schedule to show us some houses and we fell in love with another JG Group listing. We went through Ricky to buy and he was also extremely accommodating, understanding, and communicative during the process. If you’re looking for realtors with the highest level of professionalism and transparency, and most importantly, ones that care, look no further than the JG Group. Justin Greenberg is by far the best realtor I have ever met. I was originally going with someone else until I was referred to him by a resident of Northbrrok and so happy I did. Justin sold our house quickly and painlessly! He was 100% professional in every way. He kept us updated on all aspects of the process. He also recommended who we used for getting the house ready to sell ( contractor & carpeting) that we liked a lot. He was always available to answer phone calls /texts about any concerns no matter what they were. We are in an apartment for 1-2 years and Justin is keeping us updated on possible homes to consider in the area we want. I did a lot of research before reaching out to Justin and my research did not disappoint. From first point of contact, to first meeting, to even 2 months after closing - Justin is the real deal. He’s kind, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and honest. This was my husband’s and my first house and we had a lot to learn. Justin and his team walked us through every step of the way. Justin has someone for everything it seems that you could need in the home buying process and they were all excellent. When we had questions about the contract or about the process he would carefully and patiently walk us through it. He was honest about issues he saw in houses and was knowledgeable about what seemed every area of houses. He works quickly and stays on top of things. He also cares deeply about his family - and that shows. We’re so thankful we got to work with Justin and will definitely use him next time around!

Justin was integral in helping me with the purchase of my first home. I tend to be stressed in situations I'm unfamiliar with but Justin was really patient with me as he guided me through the process.

From the start I could tell that Justin is passionate about real estate and really cares about me as a client. He proved that when he showed up to closing and was with me into the afternoon until we were done, including lunch.

When meeting Justin for the first time, it was very clear he's genuine and trustworthy. There was an immediate sense of professionalism and thoroughness that made us want to move forward with finding our first house with him at the lead.

Justin was proactive with providing the information we needed and contracts that needed to be signed. He had great recommendations for inspectors, attorneys, etc, which with being first time buyers was very much appreciated. The questions he asked us really helped to narrow down the type of home we wanted and ultimately help us decide between two houses we liked for different reasons.

Prior to meeting Justin, our first-time buying experience was off to a rocky start. We felt lost and unsure of the process. Once we began working with Justin, the whole experience turned positive. We interviewed several realtors before choosing Justin. Justin was recommended to us by a good friend. We knew the minute that we ended the interview with Justin in our home that we would choose him to get our house sold, to get our asking price, and to get it done professionally.

Well from start-to-finish, Justin exceeded our expectations and did everything we expected. Got our house under contract in 8 days, got our asking price, and did it professionally. He was really easy to get in contact with if we had questions.

A really great experience overall - exactly how selling a home should go. No hidden anything, a straight-up guy, who knows his stuff and sticks to it. What more could you ask for?
